Right of Withdrawal
14-day cooling-off period
In accordance with French consumer law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your product to return it for a full refund, without providing any justification.
Withdrawal Period Calculation:
For standard containers: 14 days from delivery date.
For modular buildings: 14 days from contract signing (before production begins).
For custom fabrication: Right of withdrawal applies only before production confirmation.

Refund of 75% of total amount (25% administrative fee)

Refund of 50% of total amount (50% administrative and restocking fee)
