All prices are in Euros (€) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit: 30% - 50% deposit required to commence production (varies by project size)
• Progress Payment: Additional 30% - 40% upon completion of manufacturing
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due before or upon delivery and installation

We accept bank transfers, credit cards (via secure payment gateway), and business checks.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

All content on the Kembelt website, including text, images, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Kembelt Compagnie and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
