The height (2,500 mm interior | 2,550 mm exterior) and depth (3,000 mm interior | 3,100 mm exterior) remain constant. The sandwich-panel construction consists of two layers of steel (white, powder-coated, 0.4 mm thick) and mineral wool insulation. This structure gives the panels a significant weight (11 kg/m²), but also high stability, and considerably reduces noise pollution often originating from the lobby. Sound insulation ranges from 20 to 40 dB, depending on the external noise level. The thermal insulation coefficient of the prefabricated offices is 0.787 W/(m²K) and their thermal conductivity is 0.05 W/(mK).
NOTE: The roof is not accessible or load-bearing.

This prevents not only noise, but also dust and odors from reaching the newly created workspace. The PREFAB-15 modular office comes standard—that is, at no extra charge—with soundproofing and dust protection. The window panels consist of 8 mm thick, double-glazed window panes (25 kg) with integrated ventilation, preventing the glass from fogging up. The glass panes are made of tempered glass, which, in the event of damage—similar to a car’s windshield—shatter into many small particles. This minimizes the risk of injury. There is a lighting fixture for every other ceiling panel, ensuring that the lighting in the foreman’s office is perfectly adapted to use with limited natural light. A power outlet and a light switch are also integrated into the door panel. The electrical cables are routed through the ceiling; the connection must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with regulations. Thanks to the steel construction, items such as plans or other important documents can be attached to the walls using magnets without leaving any residue. The door is lockable and comes with three keys. You decide the desired door opening direction (shown in the illustration: opening to the left and outward) during the assembly of the prefab office (door element rotated 180° = door opening direction to the right and inward). Everything is included as standard with the prefab office—you receive extras at no additional cost.
Each panel is covered with a transparent protective film that can be removed without leaving any residue once installation is complete. We do not recommend removing the film before installation to prevent any scratches during the process. If the panels become dirty, you can clean them easily and gently with a soapy solution and a microfiber cloth.
Assembly and Modification of the Warehouse Office
If you need to relocate or add an extension to the warehouse office, that’s no problem. It’s just as easy and simple to take it apart or expand it as it is to put it together. The panels simply snap together and lock into place on their own, thanks to the tongue-and-groove system on the side panels. Assembly time varies slightly depending on size, but for a 12 m² (4 x 3 m) warehouse office, our experienced TOPREGAL installers require approx. 2–4 hours. The tools needed are a standard drill and a screwdriver. The TOPREGAL installation team is also happy to handle the assembly for you.
